Giving someone your feedback can be tricky to navigate. But it can be easier when you use these three feedback frameworks:
- ASK Feedback - Actionable, Specific, and Kind
- 30/60/90 Feedback - Give feedback at the 30% stage of a project, again at the 60% stage, and final feedback at the 90% stage.
- Panda Feedback - it's hard to give feedback about traits or skills that are holding someone back. Having a common name gives you a way to start these tricky conversations.
Each feedback framework has its own strengths and weaknesses and it's important to know when to use them.
